2021 will be our 13th year at this grand venue in the heart of Cheshire and the plant fair will be held in the large space of the south front of the house - pictured above.

As visitors have come to expect, will feature top quality nurseries each with their own unique specialties.

The garden has a lot to offer with formal gardens, woodland walks and parkland to explore. During your visit, you can wander around the stunning 60acre gardens and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. We especially love the carpet of bluebells that comes into bloom in May.

Home of the Legh family since 1315, Adlington Hall is one of the oldest and most historic Cheshire houses. The 2,000 acre Estate contains parkland landscaped in the 18th century in the style of 'Capability Brown' complete with ha-ha. The Lime Avenue dating from 1688 is one of the oldest surviving in Britain and leads to a woodland Wilderness with winding paths, temples, bridges and follies in a rococo manner. A path through the laburnum Arcade leads into the formal Rose Garden, then on to the Maze created in English Yew. The Father Tiber water Garden provides a peaceful haven with its ponds, fountains and water cascade and the newly created parterre provides a colourful addition to the east wing. Other features include a large herbaceous border, rockeries, specimen trees, azaleas and rhododendrons.
